Finca La Estacada Barrica 6 Mesas is made from 100% Tempranillo and are sourced from the 278ha of vineyards whose vines have an average age of 25 years. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for a period of about 8 days while maceration takes about 20 days, after which the wine is run off directly into barrels. To conclude, it is then aged for six months in American and French oak barrels, and spends 2 months in bottle to finish rounding.
