Aroma

The nose demonstrates excellent typicity with aromas of black fruits, sweet and pepper spice and notes of chocolate.

Flavour

Similar to the nose the palate is packed with dark fruits and chocolate. The wine is superbly balanced with grippy tannins. Notes of leather on the long and persistent finish.

Food Matching

This wine pairs beautifully with red meats and mature cheeses. Particularly good with venison.

Serving Suggestion

Best served between 15 and 18 degrees Celsius.
