The nose is complex and deep. Dark fruits mix with with herbaceous tones and hints of mocha and sweet spice.

Flavour

Equally complex, the palate delivers more intense black fruits that carry right through. There are earthy and smoky notes that linger in a long intense finish.

Stunning match for quail and pheasant. It also works very well with mature cheeses.

Serving Suggestion

Best served between 15 and 18 degrees Celsius.
