Crafted according to the traditional method of bottle-fermentation (as used in champagne), this is expectedly delicate and lively. This Crémant is made from Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. All their wines, since 2010 are certified organic and since 2012, Domain St Remy wines are certified biodynamic in order to rhyme with pleasure tasting ecology.
