Fresh citrus and brine on the initial nose with a limestone minerality and buttery notes developing.

Flavour

Delightfully crisp and elegant, the wine has a citrus core with limestone minerality. Almond and buttery notes provide complexity. The finish is very long and crisp with a welcome and refreshing acidity.

Food Matching

This sensational Chablis pairs with most seafood and shellfish. Its also pairs very well with white meats in rich, creamy sauces.

Serving Suggestion

Best served between 8 and 12 degrees Celsius.
