By paying homage to all of Ireland’s native drinks, especially poitín, Bar 1661 are writing their own chapter in the colourful history of this notorious Irish spirit. Named after the year poitín was banned in Ireland. it is a celebration of its new modern place in the canon of Irish drinks.
