The Copeland Distillery, situated on Ireland’s East Coast, is a producer of a range of Irish Gin, Single Malt and Pot Still Whiskey. They use 12 carefully selected botanicals in their gins, including pine needles, cubeb berries, orange peel, lemon peel and some locally sourced flora from the local islands.
