A stunning 32 year old single malt single cask released which is aged in a sherry Oloroso hogshead cask for decades. These casks are made from European oak and have previously held sherry wine, imparting unique characteristics to the whiskey. Expect notes fruity notes with figs, caramel, and toffee. Clonakilty Distillery began with an Irish farmer on the southwest of Ireland with a big dream. The Scully family, the founders of Clonakilty Distillery, have farmed this windswept coastal land for 9 successive generations. With the prime land, pristine water, and salt sea air, they had the perfect ingredients right at their fingertips.

All the barley used is grown on the family farm in the shadow of the Galley Head Lighthouse. The dream has become a reality, with Clonakilty Distillery enjoying much success with its award-winning Cask Oak Series, Minke gin, and distillery exclusives.
