Aroma

The nose is a complex and intense blend of dark plums and kirsch with chcocloate notes and a garrigue and peppermint finish.

Flavour

Beautiful complexity on the palate with black fruits, dark chocolate and more garrigue notes. The wine is give good structure by the ripe, grippy tannins and natural acidity. The finish is long and intense.

Food Matching

Excellent pairing for roast leg of lamb, earth stews and pan fried duck breast.

Serving Suggestion

Best served between 15 and 18 Degrees Celsius.
