The nose is highly expressive with red and black berries leading into notes of herbs and chocolate that develop over time.

Flavour

The superb palate is given great structure by the fine grainy tannins and . The finish is long and complex and fresh with a generous fruit character and minty notes.

This wine makes the perfect accompaniment to red meat dishes and in particular lamb.

Best served between 15 and 18 degrees Celsius.
