Nestled in the lush greenery in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, Château du Breuil is one of the finest examples of the architectural heritage of this region. The Château du Breuil stands proudly in the middle of a park with hundred-year-old trees.
Their Calvados range is a speciality product by Chateau du Breuil. The cellarmaster has worked in close collaboration with Michel Cluizel, the famous Norman chocolatier, in the creation of this blend.
This Calvados is distinguished and full of character with notes of dried fruits (apricot, quince and prunes) and woody, with subtle flavours of vanilla. It offers a round and long finish with grilled almond and spice aromas and reveals tobacco leaves and 'roasting' notes.
Their Calvados range has won a number of awards such as:
Calvados Fine winning Gold at the International Wine & Spirit Competition - London 2020 and Gold at the World Calvados Awards 2020
Calvados 8 ans d’âge “Réserve du Château” winning Silver at the International Wine & Spirit Competition – London 2020
