A wonderful Irish gin cocktail to enjoy on any celebration!

Ingredients: 

• 40ml The Botanist Gin
• 30ml Mixer lemon juice,
• 10ml Creme de Menthe (clear),
• 15ml green tea syrup, 
• 10ml Fee Brothers Fee Foam Cocktail Foamer, 
• 1 tsp Curacao Triple Sec Gabriel Boudie

Directions: 

• In a Boston shaker, reverse dry shake,
• Shake all ingredients with ice for 15 seconds,
• Discard ice & dry shake for 15 seconds,
• Double strain into pre-chilled coupe cocktail glass
• Garnish with lemon twist & enjoy!
