Produced with Sangiovese, Colorino, Trebbiano, and Malvasia grapes, harvested and selected by hand between September and October. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak tonneaux, for another 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels, and for 6 months in bottle before being placed on the market. Lots of fresh and lively aromas of ripe red fruits, balsamic notes, and wild mint. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant, with a good balance between acidity and tannins. Perfect to accompany red meats and game.
