Betha's Revenge Gimlet

Treat yourself to this classic cocktail made with Bertha's Revenge Small Batch Irish Milk Gin at the heart of it!

Ingredients:

60ml Bertha's Revenge Gin
30ml fresh lime juice
20ml sugar syrup
Ice

Directions:

Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
Shake vigorously for 60 seconds
Strain the contents into a pre-chilled glass
Stir and then enjoy. Garnish with lime wedge.

Flavour

Thick and mouth-filling, very smooth and soft without much burn from the alcohol. The flavours are more citrus dominated than the nose suggests with the spice elements coming through strongly on the finish.

Serving Suggestion

This is a serious gin, try it in a Negroni or classic Martini where the flavour should really shine.
