Launched in 2011, Ableforth's is best known for its award-winning Bathtub Gin, created by the mind of Professor Cornelius Ampleforth, famous for his countless experiments that led to the creation of unique tastes and flavours, as well as Rumbullion! spiced rum.
The distillery uses time-honoured techniques such as cold compounding as well as cold distillation for their 91.2% abv absinthe, Summer Fruit Cup and Christmas Mulled Cup.
