Here's a superb blended whiskey from Grace O'Malley. It's created from malt, grain and pot still whiskey and finished in ocean-aged maritime cask. The virgin French oak barrels are made exclusively for Grace O’Malley where the wood has been seasoned by the Atlantic Ocean for over two years. Expect notes of caramel, vanilla, maritime notes, orange peel, and honey with well balanced with salty undertones.

Producer

The Grace O’Malley brand is dedicated to the legendary Irish pirate queen, Grainne Ní Mháille/Grace O’Malley, also known as Granuaile. Born into Irish nobility in Co Mayo in 1530, she was a charismatic and natural leader.

Grace O’Malley Spirits is made of a team of local coopers, renowned Irish distillers from The Great Northern Distillery and Master Blender Paul Caris.

In addition to whiskey, Grace O’Malley also offer Heather Infused Irish Gin: a traditional-style gin made with modern distilling techniques to capture the native flavours of Ireland.
