A bright and bold Strawberry and Pink Peppercorn Gin Liqueur in both flavour and colour. This fresh and fruity expression delivers succulent strawberry sweetness followed by a soft trace of pepper and warming heat from the pink peppercorns. Try it on its own, over ice or why not add it to some bubbles with a leaf of basil for a decadent treat!

Producer

Edinburgh Gin began in 2010, based in Edinburgh, Scotland. They have been committed to the art and science of distilling, and of creating innovative, award-winning gins. For the first few years they sourced gin made with Scottish grain and macerated their selection of Scottish botanicals in it. In 2014 they opened their own craft distillery in Edinburgh, allowing them to produce Edinburgh Gin under one roof.

Head Distiller, David Wilkinson, leads the team in developing their distinguished family of contemporary, award-winning gins.

Edinburg Gin shows no signs of slowing down. Work has begun on a new multi-million-pound distillery and visitor centre in the heart of its home city, due to be completed in 2021.
