Aged in traditional ex-Bourbon barrels before being finished in Madeira casks.

Aroma

Aromas of white grapes, peach, toast with honey, caramel waffles, nutella and Viennese whirls.

Flavour

Soft, juicy and fruity on initial tasting with warmer flavours developing slowly. Peach and other stone fruits with a subtle note of milky coffee, caramel, honey, warm toast, red apples and raisins. The finish is surprisingly fresh and lively but very long.
