Aroma

Powerful aromas on the nose of red fruits with toasted spice and vanilla.

Flavour

The palate is bold and complex. Ripe red fruits mingle with balsamic notes from the oak. Supple tannins and bright acidity give the wine structure. The length is excellent.

Food Matching

A superb match with Pork dishes. It is also excellent with rich, red meat stews.

Serving Suggestion

Best served between 15 and 18 degrees Celsius.
