Ingredients:
25ml Gabriel Boudier Creme de Menthe Green
25ml Gabriel Boudier Creme de Menthe Green white crème de cacao
25ml single cream
Ice
To garnish:
mint sprig
25g melted Skelligs Dark Chocolate (optional)
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice then add the liqueurs and cream. Shake continuously until the outside of the cocktail shaker is cold. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a chocolate-dipped sprig of mint. Serve and enjoy!
