Aroma

An immediate fragrance of star anise, vanilla, cloves and cinnamon, with some orange following along.

Flavour

Fresh anise comes through prominently, developing into a complex array of sweet Caribbean spices with great balance between the spices and herbs; finishes with a slight ginger kick.

Serving Suggestion

Try it in a long drink with ginger ale or with fruity tonic water or in a Mojito to give the cocktail an extra kick!
