Description

A highly exclusive Single Cask Strength whiskey aged in French oak Cognac cask (number 2545) and is bonded by the sea in a warehouse called the Sea Cask Room. Only 350-400 bottles have been released, bearing the signature of Lambay’s Cellar Master, Yonael Bernard. The casks used are carried across the sea from the world-renowned cellars of Camus France and left to sleep in the bonded warehouse on Lambay Island to further mature and refine in aroma and taste, resulting in a surprisingly smooth whiskey for this high strength.

Lambay Whiskey was founded by two entrepreneurial spirits from two very old families who decided to form a unique partnership. Their idea was to create an innovative Irish whiskey inspired by the island of Lambay, the ancestral home of Alexander Baring, and finished with the techniques and expertise of Maison Camus, the ancestral home of Camus Cognac.

Lambay Whiskey’s unique taste is attributed to the expertise of blending and maturation using French oak hand-selected Cognac casks carried across the sea from the world-renowned cellars of Camus, France.
